# Warns

## Enable / Disable Command

```

### Description

Activates / Deactivates the Warn function.

### Permission

`ADMINISTRATOR`

## Limits Command

/warns limits list
/warns limits edit <limit> <amount> [window]
```

### Description

Lists or manages the warn limits.

The Channel Hopping limit warns a Member who joins or switches voice channels too often: `amount` joins within `window` seconds. Bots are ignored, and a Member is warned once per window.

### Permission

`ADMINISTRATOR`

### Arguments

| limit\* | STRING | The limit to change | Channel Hopping |
| amount\* | INTEGER | The new Limit. Enter "0" to deactivate this limit | 5 |
| window\* | INTEGER | Channel Hopping: the seconds within which that many channel joins reach the limit (1 to 600, 10 by default) | 10 |

`*: This is only available on the 'edit' subcommand.`

## Maximum Command

```

### Description

Shows or manages the amount of maximum warns

### Permission

`ADMINISTRATOR`

### Arguments

## Threshold Command

```txt theme={null}
/warns threshold [enabled] [action]
```

### Description

Shows or manages what happens when a Member reaches the maximum amount of warns. Without arguments, the current settings are shown.

With the threshold disabled, Members can still be warned, but reaching the maximum does not kick or ban them.

### Permission

`ADMINISTRATOR`

### Arguments

| enabled | BOOLEAN | Whether reaching the maximum warns automatically kicks / bans the Member | True |
| action | STRING | The action taken once the maximum is reached: `Kick` or `Ban` | Kick |
